About Meeko

MEEKO (50#) is likely 2 yrs old. She has not had a lot of training but she has truly evolved just in the short time she has been with me and is really a great dog. Meeko started out being a bit shy and unnerved at all the changes and transport from Laredo. TX shelter where her humans surrendered her to. Meeko has really bloomed and loves a belly rub. She is active and acts like a puppy running around having fun. She loves attention from everyone. She likes other dogs but is a bit overbearing at first mostly because of her size. If she has a companion, the other dog needs to be her size or larger. She will be great with families with older children...mostly due to her size. I cannot guarantee her reaction if a small child pulled her tail. I have not had her in the house...so I can't say she is house trained, but if she isn't, it is a matter of a few days to teach that. She does like to bark at the cats in the yard...I would not trust her 100% with cats but I feel she could learn to leave the house cat alone. She doesn't dig, climb, or jump fences. She is spayed 2 vaccinations, Bordetella, microchipped, dewormed and heart worm tested negative. If you are interested in her, please text me (210-394-6060) and I will send you more pictures.
