Charley is a wonderful male mini-poodle, very handsome, very happy. But he has two problems, and the last one is a deal breaker for us and for other potential adopters. He 'marks' - meaning he pees indoors in places he shouldn't. He has started and accelerated this behavior since we acquired a young Airedale terrier. Charley likes the Airedale, but he is very jealous of him. The other problem is that he has a collapsed trachea, which has required regular medication.
