Casper is approximately 10 weeks old as of 1/7. We rescued him and his family (mom, dad and litter mates) from a shelter north of Bakersfield after they were found abandoned in a vacant house. Mom is 10lbs. Dad is 13lbs. We estimate he will stay under 10lbs. He's playful, loving and adorable! Fixed, current on puppy vaccines, chipped, fecal tested, receiving deworming and he's ready for a forever home. Please go to laar.org and select Adoption Process to fill out our application.
