About Alaska

Alaska is a beautiful 1 year old cairn terrier mix who came to us as a stray. Sadly we were unable to locate her family and it is time to find Alaska a forever home where she will have a family to love her and keep her safe. Alaska is sweet as can be, but understandably shy when she first meets new people. Alaska would do best in a home with only older children who understand her past and will be gentle and patient as Alaska adjusts to her new home. Alaska gets along well with other dogs, but doesn't show much interest in playing with other dogs and will be just fine as the center of attention in the family. Alaska is full grown and weighs 9 pounds. Considering she came to us off the streets, it's likely Alaska is not house broken and will need reminders in her new home. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, vet checked, licensed, comes with 30 days of free pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit. Her adoption fee is $260. To meet her, come to our location at 1102 W. Hatcher Road in Phoenix 85021, open daily 11am to 6pm. Call on the weekend for her location as there are off site adoption events some dogs attend.
