About Cooper

Copper is the sweetest boy. Very gentle and good with other dogs. His foster home doesn't have a cat so we don't know how he would do. Our rescue went and got him from a high kill shelter. Someone maced his eyes and put him on a busy highway. He was found with his eyes swollen shut staggering back and forth across several lanes of traffic. Its a miracle that he didn't get hit. The shelter vet rinsed his eyes and it has taken a couple weeks for the swelling to go down. The vet said there wouldn't be any permanent damage. We have had him spayed and he is vaccinated. We will also microchip him. The vet thinks he is about a year and a half or two years old. His foster home is working on house training him. You would need to continue that training - he would need to be an in the house dog. His Foster parents say he is such a sweet and lovable lil guy, not a mean bone in his body.
