About Tuffy

Tuffy is a lab mix and weighs 84 pounds. He was born January 2nd, 2007 so he just turned 11 years old. Tuffy is a friendly, happy guy who enjoys running and playing with other dogs out in the yard. Inside his foster home Tuffy is calm and easy going. He doesn't have any problems with his hearing or eyesight. Tuffy views cats as squeaky toys so his forever home needs to be cat free. He has good house manners, is housetrained and would like a home with minimal hardwood floors, few stairs, and a fenced yard so he can safely play. Tuffy came into rescue from the end of a chain. He spent all of his life on one outside. His owner surrendered him to give him a better life. Tuffy loves being inside and warm. He really likes his comfy dog bed next to the couch and humans to hang with. Tuffy loves the smell of food cooking in the kitchen and lays nearby hoping for a sample. He is an easy boy who just wants a home and a human to love. Tuffy is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested and microchipped.
