About Nugget

NUTMEG came from a litter of 8...all the way from Laredo, Texas! Under-nourished and only 10 days old, they had no future. Our connections made it possible for me to take them in with their mama and give them their first chance in life. Now, they are getting their second chance...in finding a forever home. Mama was just a 'hound' type...short hair, slender, medium size. I believe this litter had at least two daddies...one was probably Lab mix and the other maybe Black & Tan Hound mix. The funny part is that 4 of the pups have short tails...one is literally short like when they crop them; the other 3 are only half tails...go figure! All the puppies are happy and playful and growing fast. There is not one bully or super shy one in the bunch. Date of birth is 11/28/17. They are neutered, 2 vaccinations, 1 Bordetella. She is going to be a big dog...solid and a little extra skin!!! She currently weights 12.3#s. Her estimated adult weight is 45-60 pounds ... give or take a few??? Adoption Fee: $450.
