About Newton

Newton came from a litter of 8...all the way from Laredo, Texas! Under-nourished and only 10 days old, they had no future. Our connections made it possible for me to take them in with their mama and give them their first chance in life. Now, they are getting their second chance...in finding a forever home. Mama was just a 'hound' type...short hair, slender, medium size. I believe this litter had at least two daddies...one was probably Lab mix and the other maybe Black & Tan Hound mix. The funny part is that 4 of the pups have short tails...one is literally short like when they crop them; the other 3 are only half tails...go figure! All the puppies are happy and playful and growing fast. There is not one bully or super shy one in the bunch. Date of birth is 11/28/17. They are neutered, 2 vaccinations, 1 Bordetella. He is going to be a big dog..solid and a little extra skin!!! He currently weights 9#s. He has a 'half' tail...not cropped...just not very long. We estimate his adult size at 45-60 pounds, but we could be incorrect... Newton is a multi colored fuzzy adorable puppy. It is really difficult to say the breeds when the mom is a mutt sort of some hound and the father or fathers are who knows what!! We do the best we can in guessing! Adoption Fee: $450.
