About Pete

Pete is smart, loyal, obedient, loving and all time sweetest pup! He is one of the easiest pups at home. He can be left alone all day just fine. He likes to nap and wait for his person to come home. He doesn't complain, bark or make any noise when your gone and is completely house broken. He can live in a house or apartment. Pete is very sad at the shelter. Because of this He needs a little time to warm up to you but he will! He really wants just someone to love. Pete lived his whole life in a home and was surrendered by his owner because he didn't get along with the new Dog they got. He is one of the sweetest, lovable dogs I know and being in the shelter without someone to love is hard on him. Because I know he will make someone so happy and him in return: If you foster him, I will pay for all his expenses and can help with walks and even take him on sleepovers. If you decide to adopt him, any medical expenses he might have the first year I will cover. In addition, I am here to help. I truly love him and I wouldn't mind at all helping every now and then if he needs walk in mid day or you would like to find him a walker (I can cover half that cost for one daily walk) also, he can be home without the need for a walk for 8-9 hours as he has become use to not going to the bathroom for that amount of time in the shelter. He can go home with another dog but needs your help to transition them living together. (This is common and just best practice) No small children but can go home with a young couple thinking of family in the future as dogs can transition easier to a new baby. His a protector of his people, he can be around new people but needs his space until he knows them better. No kitties 100% House broken Calm, easy and just wants to love you 6 years old (Labs can live 14years) Best decision you'll ever make!
