About Betty

Betty is a special girl to say the least! She comes to us from IRAN, yes, Iran. Our rescue partners with a animal rescue near Tehran and Betty was found as a stray in Iran where stray dogs have little to no hope of living. She was seen being kicked and tormented by some people on the street. Luckily, a good person took her to the rescue. Betty is a sweet dog, and is very gentle. She would be great with any kind of family. She is in a foster home with 3 other dogs and a cat. They describe her as 'incredible'. We think Betty could be a lab/corgi mix given her shorter legs...but there are no papers to confirm. Betty is waiting for a loving home. She is a little shy at first but once she knows you love her she will be a wonderful companion.
