Black, long-haired Pygmy Goat. I have no info on this animal's history. My neighbor has him tethered in a small pen in back yard. He has no shelter, bedding or socialization; little water and food. Owner is willing to relinquish. Any rural family with a goat or two already would be ideal. This guy is just begging for some attention.
