About Alice

Introducing sweet Alice, a 1-2 year old Jack Russell Terrier who weighs 18 pounds. Alice came to us with another dog we believe to be her sister (Carol). They were found as strays and a family took them in. They did not know that Carol was pregnant at the time. She ended up delivering 8 very cute puppies (who are not ready for adoption yet). The family then put an ad on Craigs List and were going to give the puppies away (free) at only 4 weeks old. Thankfully, we found out about it and they surrendered the dogs to us. Alice is good with other dogs, but has not been cat tested. She is microchipped. She is working on her housebreaking skills. Alice is still a bit timid, although very sweet. She would not be suitable in a home with young children, as their fast movements and activity level would scare her. As with many JRT's, she likes to jump and climb, and she will need to go to a home with a fenced yard. Alice is waiting for her forever family to giver her the happily ever after she deserves.
