About Zelda/Peach

Zelda and Peach were dumped at a motel parking lot. They were believed to be breeding animals. It took weeks to get them out of their crate. They were terrified of people, but especially men. They have warmed up to me very nicely and will follow me around but still retreat to the couch. They are terrified to be picked up but will come sit with you. Zelda is more outgoing than Peach and protects her. Because of being crate kept, they are not in any way house trained. They will use puppy pads but still sometimes just go. Adopter cannot have carpet or throw rugs, they don't know the difference between that and pads. The black one is believed to be the other one's mother. Peach is very timid. They are just starting to play a little and rough house. Both are tiny. I am taking care of an ill elderly female and was passed these animals and I can't care for them long term. They are incredibly sweet, terrified of children and men. They cannot be separated, the anxiety is so high if you take one out to potty, the other will pee. They do not know how to walk on a leash, but are put on a leash to take out. Incredibly sweet and timid tiny dogs. They do sleep in a large crate, putting them on the bed terrifies them. They do want to be in the room with you when sleeping, as they become more acclimated to people being good to them, they like to be around you all the time. They will not harm your cat, but will bark at it and Zelda will chase. Zelda plays with our small dog now. They need a loving home with a female with patience regarding taking them out and how timid they are. They've come a very long way and would make somebody great pets. They are spayed and microchipped and up to date on shots. See adoption fee. I really need help, I had brain surgery and when bending over to do clean up I fell and got another concussion.
