About Baxter

FOSTER LOCATION: Boise, ID Feisty big ball of love, Baxter is a puppy that is more than happy to be playful one minute and the biggest lover full of kisses the next. We think he is a Terrier/Schnauzer/Pug/Chihuahua mix who was born on 10/6/17. Baxter was born into the Fuzzy Pawz Rescue family after we took in his pregnant mom; he and his sibling have been raised in the same foster home since day 1. Baxter is living with children, 2 bigger dogs, and 2 cats; so he has gotten a well-rounded education; making him a social, happy boy! The greatest game for Baxter is tug of war which leads into the best part, keep away, his brothers and sisters have been more than happy to engage with his playful antics. This cutie has mastered the pee pad and has started on his house training; consistency, tons of praise and a little patience on your part and he'll be 100% house trained in no time. Baxter is ready to fill your house with the pitter patter of little feet. PLEASE remember that while puppies are super cute they are also a LOT of work. They need to be house trained, socialized with other dogs, strangers, etc. as they grow. To be all they can be puppies should attend puppy classes and learn the basics (sit, down, etc). Adopting a puppy is a huge commitment; if you aren't prepared to put in the time, energy and money then please consider an adult dog. Baxter is vaccinated and microchipped. He will need to be neutered at owner's expense BEFORE 6 months of age. There is a $200 adoption fee for Baxter There is also a $200 neuter fee that must be paid at time of adoption; this $250 will be returned to the owner upon proof of neuter by 6 months of age.
