About Eve

Eve is a 4 month old Bloodhound pup. She is a quick learner. She knows sit, down, crate trained and leash trained. Pottie training has been a bit more difficult, which is not uncommon for the breed. Although her bay is impressive, she is not as noisy as other hounds I have had in the past. She bays at feeding time and when she is scared. She is new to living in a house, so sometimes loud and new noise scare her. But she is easily comforted and calmed. We are looking for an adopter that has scent hound experience. They have special needs and can be difficult for some dog owners. For example, they cannot be off leash. And they can be prone to ear and skin issues. We also would like the adopter to be in the Portland Metro area.
