He is at an overcrowded kill shelter and he could be taken to the euthanasia room any time now. The shelter is full nd dogs are being killed. He could be next. Charlie Hopes someone can save him life. Fostering is free of charge and everything is provided within a 90 mile radius of Chicago. Volunteers are willing to help with transport.
