About Honeycomb

Honeycomb is a darling 3 year old chihuahua who was saved from the county shelter. When Arizona Small Dog Rescue found Honeycomb he was wearing a cone, as he had come in with a necrotic wound from a large dog attack. We got that wound all fixed up, then his foster mom's vet noticed he had old scars as well, probably from another prior attack, which is terribly sad. Honeycomb is now all healed up and ready for the brig future he has ahead of him. Since being in a foster home we have learned that Honeycomb is kennel trained, but is not potty trained. Thankfully he only goes about twice a day, so he will hopefully learn quickly with training and reminders. Honeycomb gets along great with cats and dogs of all sizes, but is definitely a people dog above all else! Honeycomb wants to be with you wherever you go and cuddle and watch tv. He rides great in the car and does well on leash, he even makes a great sleeping buddy too!!! We have been told by a vet that Honeycomb's knees have luxating patellas but he's not in any pain! Honeycomb is full grown about 7 pounds. Honeycomb is neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped, licensed and vet checked. His adoption fee is $220.
