Cindy Loo is a female chihuahua mix, 15-16 weeks old. She came in with almost no hair, but as you can see, she is starting to get a beautiful coat. Cindy Loo is good with dogs, cats, and kids. We prefer children in the home to be 5+. She is very playful, loves toys, and loves to play with other dogs. We are starting the adoption process. We require an application, vet check, and home visit. All current dogs in the home must be fixed, up to date on vaccines, and on monthly flea AND heartworm prevention.
