Cooper was surrendered to the clinic agter being attacked by another dog. He is an incredibly loving dog. He constantly wants to be in your lap and would make a great companion for someone. He has not been tested around children but he is very people friendly just not as fond of other dogs. I have never met such a loving dog who constantly wants to cuddle!
