Elsie is a beautiful kitty and we have had her since she was a kitten.She is declawed in the front and has been spayed. She does go outside in the summer and stays by our house. We also have a small dog who wants to play with her and she thinks that he is tormenting her. We want her to be in a happy place where she is the only pet and it is more of a quiet home.
