About PHOEBE

Gorgeous shepherd mix -- Phoebe is a young girl who's full of happiness, love, and play. She's exceptionally loving and friendly. Phoebe does require another dog in the home to keep her company (she's good with all dogs and all people) -- and needs a family where she will not be gone for too many hours at a time. She is a playful and happy gal -- still has some puppy habits and until she grows out of them and is trained a bit more, we recommend crating when her humans aren't home. For that reason, she must be in a situation where her humans aren't gone for more than 3-4 hours at a time, and not gone for 8-9+ hours a day -- it would not be fair to her to be stuck in a crate all day (and she is not an outdoor dog). She is very bright, sits on command (seems like she knows 'sit pretty') and responds well to instruction so she will be great to train -- happy to learn about life under your guidance. Phoebe will be ready for adoption Wednesday, Dec. 14 and we're taking applications in advance. Phoebe's adoption fee is $300 and includes her spay, vaccines, rabies shot, microchip, collar, harness, and leash! Isn't she cute? :)
