About Jake

Jake is a 3 year old, sheltie/collie mix who weights about 45 pounds. He just loves everyone he meets! Poor Jake was kept chained up outside. He lived all alone and was never introduced to other animals. Jake would be most successful in a home without other pets. He is currently in boarding has done a great job of keeping his kennel clean. He should be easy to house train. He is good on leash and loves to walk around and explore the world! Are you the one who will show Jake how great life can be? $175.00 adoption fee ($200 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough) , microchipped and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as dentals and major surgeries.
