Fiddler Breed: Australian Cattle Dog Mix Age: 5 months +/-; Neutered Male Weight: 60 pounds Dogs: Yes Cats: Yes Kids: 8+ Crate Trained : Yes House Trained : Yes Location: New England Fiddler arrived in New England with his tail wagging and giving kisses! This lovable Heeler mix has been melting hearts with every new person he meets. Affectionate and easy going, this handsome young man is great with other dogs and people of all ages. He's ready for adventure and loves being outside. He walks well on a leash and stays close by his foster mom's side. When playtime is over he is content to curl up and take a nice long nap. Fiddler is a relaxed young pup, who just want a family to call his own and cover with kisses. He's always ready for a belly rub, too! Fiddler would make a wonderful addition to any family. His foster family has been truly amazed as to how well he adapted to being in his new environment. He is a prince, can you give him a castle? If you are interested in adopting Fiddler please email [email protected] and request an application. Once your application has been received and reviewed, you will be contacted via email or phone by one of our volunteers. After your application is approved, the foster parent for the dog you have selected will contact you to answer any questions you may have and determine if that dog is a good match for your family. If you have no particular dog in mind, we will be happy to keep your application on file and notify you if the right dog should come into rescue. Catahoula Rescue of New England is an all-volunteer group. Dogs in our program are fostered by volunteers. The foster homes care for our dogs as if they were their own. All dogs have received vaccinations appropriate to age and are spayed or neutered. Fiddler's adoption donation is $400 which includes Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella, fecal test, heartworm test when appropriate and is on preventative, microchip, and neuter. We do not have a physical shelter, all of our dogs are fostered in individual foster homes across the New England and Canada.
