About Holly

Hi I'm Holly! I am a very sweet 5-year-old female pittie. I am spayed and up to date on all my shots. My life started out kind of rough as I was found as a stray, just wandering lost and afraid. I was picked up and taken to the local animal shelter. No one has even tried to find me which makes me very sad but thats okay because everything happens for a reason and I know I will find a family that really loves and cares about me. Since I was a stray no one really knew what I was all about. They had a very nice lady come in and visit with me so she could learn more about me. After spending time with me she said I am calm and love to be petted. I love being petted so much that once you start I will not want you to stop, I just want to be loved. I enjoy being around adults and kids and get excited when you want to meet me. I like toys and when you give me some I love to play. They tested me with my food bowl and I didn't mind that they removed it and then gave it back to me, they said they were testing me and I passed. I met some other dogs and at first I got excited but the nice lady said for me to stop and I did. I don't have a problem with other dogs but I really love hanging with people. I have not been tested with cats so I dont know if I will like them or not. I have kept my kennel nice and clean but would really love to be out of this place and with a family that likes to walk or has a yard for me to play in, that would be awesome!
