About Nonie

Chihuahua
Age: Adult
Sex: Female

Nonie is a tiny and quiet little beauty with lots of love and respect for any family that is willing to love and respect her. She is a little shy at first but once she figures out who you are and what your intentions with her are, you're as good as gold. Nonie is about six years old and gets along great with other dogs and even respectful children, and cats are bigger than her so would put her in her place. Nonie does well on a leash and in a crate and simpy wants a place and family to call her own. If you are interested in meeting this cutie-patootie and potentially adopting her please read on or go to the Adoption Process page of our website - throwmeabonedogrescue.org. All potential adopters are expected to complete an application and provide pictures of their yard, patio, and/or balcony making sure we can see the fence line and/or railing. The application can be completed and submitted from our website - throwmeabonedogrescue.org - the link is found of the Adoption Process page. Applications will be reviewed for approval before setting an appointment to come meet and possibly adopt the dog of interest. In addition, those who live in a rental property are expected to provide proof that they are allowed to have a dog where they live. Each of our rescued dogs has been de-wormed if necessary, de-flea'd (with topical treatment if old enough, and by medicated bath if too young), spayed/neutered, microchipped, is up to date on shots, and has been fully examined by a veterinarian. In addition, each adopted dog comes with a starter baggie of the food it has been eating, a few treats for training purposes, a rawhide chew, a lead and collar, and a folder containing pertinent records.
