About Duke

Duke is such a wonderful dog in many ways. He is very smart and gets along with the other dogs and my cat. Actually he loves the cat! duke was a victim of neglect and is now being fostered with the attention he deserves. He loves being petted. Duke is a happy dog whether he is inside relaxing or outside playing with the other dogs. He is a lover, not a fighter. The perfect home for Duke would be with someone who is active or has at least one other dog to play with. He is now about 3 years old and about 50 - 55 lbs. with a beautiful spirit. He would be a great running buddy and could probably learn to play Frisbee easily. I am older and not up to teaching him that skill. Ha ha! In any case, Duke does need a fenced yard or large property in which to play.
