Mandy is an active, beautiful, wiggly, energetic and very sweet, nine-year-old, eight-pound, tri-color female Papillon looking for a loving guardian. This girl was given up to rescue when her guardian moved out of state and couldn't take her with. She has not been to a vet in years and will need some age-related growths removed.
