About Biscuit

Hi there! My name is Biscuit because I love to 'make biscuits' on my foster meowmy with my big, tufted paws. I'm a sweet, friendly, affectionate silver tabby Maine Coon/ Domestic Medium Hair mix fella who was born in February 2017. I've got a big fluff of a tail, but I'm far from full grown, and the expected Maine Coon's lion's ruff should frame my face more and more as I mature. As you will learn from the attached video that appeared on Animal Planet, we Maine Coon mixes are the 'gentle giants' of the cat world. I'm calm, loyal, as well as loving and will make a great family pet. I'll probably fit well into a home with well-behaved children and cat-loving dogs, but I need to be the only cat. I had rather hardscrabble beginnings: I was rescued as an orphan kitten who was wandering alone out on the streets. As much as I love my foster home where I no longer have to fend for myself but rejoice in brimming food/ water bowls as well as a warm, cozy bed, I would love to have a home of my very own.
