About Morty

This cutie is Morty. Morty is a 3 year old, 13lb Chihuahua blend who was rescued from a kill shelter in TX and transported here to MI to find a home. Morty is a sensitive little guy and would probably do best in a quieter home. Although he would not harm a child, a child free home or a home with older children would be best. Morty would probably be startled in a home with young kids and too much commotion. Morty is very friendly with people and loves to be cuddled. He is a lap dog for sure! Morty is an affectionate boy who will doll out a kiss or two to show you he is happy. He is good with dogs close to his size but does get scared around larger dogs unless they are very calm/laid back. . Morty is crate trained, excellent on leash and in the car. Although he has had an accident or two in his foster home, he is pretty close to be fully house trained.
