About Bo

Bo came to ARPH in July 2017. Bo is a shy and gentle dog. He weighs 56 pounds and estimated to be around 5 years old. Bo is friendly with children and people in general. He does not have much interest in playing but will pick up toys occasionally. He was found wandering a rail yard. It is suspected that he was abandoned by his owners. While in foster care Bo has shown a tendency to be selective with other dogs. Some dogs he gets along with, and some he does not. His new home will need to be willing to keep this mind when taking him places. Bo has shown excessive interest in cats and is not considered cat safe. Bo is the perfect lap dog for a home looking for a laid-back pup. Bo is crate trained and partially house trained. He does great in the yard.
