About Jerry

When Jerry and his siblings came to us in August it seemed certain he would be gone in a blink. This cutie and his almost twin brother Max are now 5 1/2 months old as of Nov 13, 2017. Jerry's puppy days are fast disappearing and he is growing up in a concrete/chain link world. Jerry is a playful pup who loves to have attention. he is on the small side of medium and does not appear that he will grow much more. He would love to be somebody's baby. Jerry entered the shelter on Aug 3, 2017 at 10 weeks old. His adoption fee is $100. Adoption of all dogs/cats requires an approval process to ensure that they are going into a home committed to their care and safety. Each is placed with same due diligence that they would be given if they were our own furry family members. Adopters MUST come to the shelter to transport their new family member home. Charles Smithgall Humane Society (CSHS) is a No kill shelter which provides quality care, spay/neuter-all vaccines, deworming, vet exam, standard disease testing and for dogs-monthly heart worm prevention treatment. Animals in our care remain safe with us until adopted. Resident animals are primarily owner relinquished and also accepted from local Animal Control. The facility usually is operating at capacity with a list of animals waiting for space to open. Adoption hours are Tues-Sat 10-4 and Sun 1-4.
