About Tucker

Tucker is a 3-year-old Treeing Walker Coonhound. He is looking for a home that will have the time to exercise him and give him the physical and mental stimulation that he needs. He enjoys running and chasing small animals, therefore would not do well in a home with cats or small dogs. He is fine with other large dogs, but should avoid dog parks as the stimulation is too much. He is fine with older children, but has not been around small children. He needs acreage to run and does not do well in an apartment or subdivision setting. He knows basic commands, but he needs a routine and guidance as he can be anxious and unsure of himself. I will pay for a portion of training fees to a local, certified training, as he will require additional training to get settled in his new home. He is currently being trained at Happy Paws in Virginia Beach. Tucker is neutered and is up to date on all of his vaccinations.
