About River - IN TRAINING

River here! I am a handsome Anatolian Shepherd that is almost a year old. I am a big boy at around 70 lbs. and I will probably get even bigger! I love toys and will throw my toy in the air and chase it all around with an adorable gangly puppy run. Check out the video on my profile. I have spent most of my life at the shelter so I am heading to the RPSM prison companion training program to learn some manners. I would probably do best as an only dog in the home because I like to be the boss with other dogs and I will need to be introduced to cats slowly. I will need a fence because I am a curious puppy and should be with kids 8 years and older cause I don't realize how big I am and will knock children down. If you are looking for a good-looking, happy go lucky goofball then I am the dog for you! I entered my 10 week prison training program on Dec 1 where I am learning all my basic commands, so please submit your application today so I can come home with you when I am paroled in early February. I'm Neutered, UTD on all my shots, HW, and FT. I have a microchip in case I get lost and will require a physical fence to keep me safe. RPSM recommends homes with children 8 years and older.
