About Ginger

Ginger is a three-year-old female Shar-Pei mix. She was rescued from an Amish puppy mill. While she's come a long way, she is still extremely skittish and will not allow herself to be handled. She would not do well if she were the only dog in the household, as she is learning by observing them how to interact with humans in a positive way. She has not shown any aggression, and has been great with my other dogs and cats, as well as my kids. She is crate trained and housebroken. She's a very smart dog, she learned her name in 24 hours, and was housebroken in only a week! Ginger is not ready to find her forever home just yet unless you have previous experience with mill dogs! She also needs a doggy friend to help her confidence!
