About Freckles

This handsome pup is Freckles. He is an Australian Shepherd mix who is just over a year old. He currently weighs about 40 pounds. Freckles grew up without a lot of guidance but is learning quickly. He is already house trained. He also already knows sit. Freckles may be a bit slow to warm up but, when he does, is a total love. He enjoys cuddling and loves attention. He leans in for affection. He is very focused on his person and learns quickly. Freckles is learning about the leash and will appreciate a home that is ready to keep him learning. He will make a wonderful adventure partner for someone who likes to take their dog hiking and such. He is good with dogs medium to large and really loves to play. Freckles will be a great dog for someone who doesn't mind going slow for just a bit. He will be a very devoted dog. He will be fine in a home with older kids as well. Freckles is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. He is available for adoption in SoCal. Out of area adopters must be able to drive to SoCal to meet and adopt. A home visit and vet reference are required.
