About Ginger

Ginger was found traveling with her two puppies, Pumpkin & Clove, down a country road in Caldwell County in October. She is an Australian Kelpie mix and weighs about 45 lbs. She is estimated to be 2 years old. Ginger will be spayed prior to going to her new home and she is current on vaccines, microchipped, and on flea and heartworm preventative. Ginger has been an excellent mom to her puppies and is still quite a playful dog herself! She enjoys the company of other dogs and is respectful around our barn cat, Scotty. Ginger adores to be near people and to be loved on. She has a very gentle nature and is easy to walk on the leash. She wants to please and is food-motivated, so additional training should be easy for her. Ginger is looking for a forever home where she will be provided with access to regular vet care, a fenced yard, exercise, treats, and lots of love.
