About Spencer

FOSTER OR FOSTER-TO-ADOPT needed for Spencer a 7 year old beautiful King Cavalier Spaniel. He's super sweet, lovable, and playful. He's a big bundle of love who loves to play in water and to chase lizards. Spencer was saved from a county shelter 1 �%BD hours before he was scheduled to be euthanized. He was very obese and had kennel cough. He's doing so much better with his health and weight. He's dropped from 32 lbs to 25 lbs. He still needs to lose another 7-10 lbs. Spencer is 90% housetrained. Each time he gets close to succeeding, a new rescue dog comes in that is an unneutered male bent on marking, and that sets Spencer back on his progress.
