This little girl needs someone who can help her get the medical care she desperately needs and someone who has lots of time and patience to help her overcome her fears. Are you the someone who can love her and care for her ? She is a black female chihuahua mix and appears to have an injured left front arm which is also skinnier than her right one and bows inward. She is very scared yet very curious to follow and does not like to be left alone even though she will not let anyone touch her.
