About Izzy

Izzy: The Dancing Diva 7-year old, large, female, German Shepherd/Husky Good with other dogs: Yes Good with children: Unknown Good with cats: Unknown Pretty Izzy was an owner surrender, but we really can't figure out why. This girl is an absolute gem. She does the cutest little dance down the hall when following her foster mom! Izzy is a soft, fluffy girl, but she does have some allergy issues. Her foster mom has figured out she's allergic to chicken based dry dog food. So, with a diet change, she's doing great now and no more itching, so she's a happy girl. She loves, and we mean LOVES, belly rubs. Anytime, anywhere, she's ready for a good belly rub. She also has a cute way of doing 'downward dog' yoga pose when she greets you. This girl may have been left outside quite a bit as she still prefers to relax outside in the sun quite often. Izzy is housebroken, knows how to use the doggie door, doesn't need to be crated and gets along great with all other dogs. She even knows how to sit like a lovely lady for her treats. If you can give Izzy an indoor, loving home, please fill out our online application to get the approval process started. We will only schedule meet and greets with an approved application. All staff members are volunteers and are not compensated for their time and expenses. Many juggle family and full - time careers while volunteering at Saving Paws. Please be patient, as sometimes it takes up to 5 days to process an application.
