Pharral was a stray that is very scared. He and another friend were dumped in the country. A good samaritan fed them every day and finally earned their trust enough to bring them in to us. They are both still very scared. They need someone willing to help them earn the trust of people. It is very clear that someone treated them very badly and they do not trust people- which makes us sad. They have slowly warmed up to us and we hope they can one day be adopted and have their faith in people restored. Included with adoption: Age-appropriate vaccinations, heartworm preventative, heartworm test if over 6 months, insurance for 30 days, one free veterinary exam, microchip with registration, and spayed or neutered- if not already, a voucher is provided
