The adoption fee is $75. Meet Snickers. This adorable brindle girl is a 2-year-old mixed breed baby. Although everyone wants to jump to label bully mixed dogs as pits--we were told by the previous owner that she was--Snickers seems to be something else. She is a slender build 40-pound girl with lanky legs. Perhaps she has some boxer in her, but we just don't know. One thing we are certain of, Snickers is a super duper sweetheart! Snickers seems to love all people. She is silly, playful, and totally cuddly; she is also quite kissable. We think kids who don't mind a girl who can get bouncy when extra excited would be a good fit for her. So far, we have not seen Snickers show any fondness for other animals. We will gradually introduce to other dogs and see if we can find a size or gender preference. At this point we think she should be the only pet. Snickers would love a home that will give her plenty of attention. She is a bit of a velcro buddy ad really likes to be with her people. She doesn't have a large repertoire of tricks, but she listens well and likes to be rewarded for good behavior. Snickers is look for a foster or foster-to-adopt home where she can trade a cozy bed for the kennel. Snickers will be spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and heartworm negative.
