About Dante

ABOUT ME: Dante is a devilishly handsome 18 month old Cane Corso who is just about perfect. Not only is Dante gorgeous, he's smart as a whip and is very sweet and affectionate. When he's not napping in the sun, this athletic pup loves to play with his squeaky toys and go for long walks. WHAT I NEED IN A HOME: Dante is fairly new to The Bullpen so we're still figuring out his exact feelings about other dogs, but he has met lots of our other residents through the fence and only seems interested in finding a new play buddy. Although Dante would likely do well in a house with a large, submissive female dog, he has a strong prey-drive so his new family can't have cats or small dogs. Dante is wonderful with the people he meets, but we think a home with older kids would suit him best due to his size and puppy energy. THE DETAILS: Dante is housebroken, has mastered the dog door, and knows some basic commands. He is vaccinated, neutered, heartworm negative and microchipped. Our dogs are available for adoption nationwide but preference is given to adopters willing to do an in-person meeting.
