About Gus

My name's Gus and everyone says I'm such a handsome boy. And, I'm every bit as sweet and fun as I am handsome, if I do say so myself. I'm sad because my mom has some health problems and, since I am a big, energetic puppy (weighing in at about 80 pounds at a year and a half), she just can't give me the exercise I need. Mom's sad too, but Radford Pound Pals promises that I will be happy in my new home so I'm trying to stay upbeat about all of this. I love to play with other dogs, and, thanks to Mom, I walk beautifully on a leash. I'm very playful, but also love snuggling. I do get a bit excited over kitties, so it's best I got to a cat-free home. I'm an American Pitbull Terrier and represent my breed well-smart, handsome, loving and athletic. I've had all of my shots, am neutered, and HW/Lyme negative so I'm all ready to be adopted!
