About Eclectus

Olivia is a 17 year old female Eclectus. She is typical to her breed in that she is quite timid and nervous at first, but with patience, trust and treats she comes out of her shell. Olivia will need a medium-sized parrot experienced home who is knowledgeable about the specific dietary needs of Eclectus parrots. She has been well loved and only in one home her whole life. Eclectus parrots live for 40+ years and are native to the Solomon Islands, Sumba, New Guinea and nearby islands, northeastern Australia and the Maluku Islands (Moluccas). Olivia's adoption fee is $400 and will include her cage and supplies to get her started in her new home.
