About Max

Hi, my name is Max, and I'm an adorable, friendly, personality-plus white-with-black Turkish Van/ DSH mix fella who was born in April 2017. I'm considered a Turkish Van mix because I'm mostly white with a black cap on my head, black tail, and some black spots on my back legs. I'm a lover boy! I adore people and run to the door to greet all the guests at my foster home. My favorite human, though, is my foster meowmy, who rescued orphaned me from a kill-shelter when I was just 3 weeks old. I have bonded with her big-time because she bottle-fed me and hand-raised me. I'm never far from where she is: when she's in a chair, I'm on her lap or next to her, and when she's in bed, I'm either sleeping next to her or wrapped around her head. And I get along great with all the 4-legged critters in my foster home. Sometimes I sleep with the big, old, friendly dog, and I spend lots of time chasing all the other kittens and cats. I'm especially fond of the two resident adult male kitties because they are so tolerant of my kitten antics. Gosh, there are so many family situations that I would fit into that it should be easy for me to find a lifetime home.
