About Schmitty

I'm Scmitty, a 10 year old Rat Terrier/Miniature Pinscher mix. I came into a local animal control as a stray, scared and nothing but skin and bones. When no one ever came to take me back home WAAL came to save me. I've been at a foster home for a while now and working to put some much-needed weight on. I am neutered and just got my teeth cleaned! I do have a heart murmur, but it's not causing me problems at this point. I have several small dog siblings in my foster home that I get along with just fine. I'm not much energy and I'm happy to doze on the couch or in the sunlight of a window and maybe trot around the backyard once or twice a day.
