About Sally

Sally is a fun loving pit mix who came to me under very sad circumstances. She had been abused and left to starve to death. When I got her she was skin and bones had every worm known to man, fleas and a broken spirit. She was very sad and scared. If you raised you voice even in excitement she'd go hide under the bed. Well she is over all that now and thriving. Runs and plays with other dogs (I do rescue so she met many dogs), she plays with me she is very soft mouthed, but she is mouthy. She now loves people all most too much and is ready for someone to bond with her and go to obendience classes which she would do great with. She knows sit, down and kennel. She is kennel trained, will sleep on the bed with you if you let her and she loves to sin bathe. She is great with other dogs but deserves to be the center of attention or with other very friendly dogs as she is very submissive and puts up with pretty much anything. She mothers the tiny kittens I take in during kitten season and let's puppies walk all over her when they come through. She has not been around children other than to meet in passing and she wiggles from head to toe. She would need supervision with kids so she learns how to be with them though if she is good with three week old kittens kids should be just fine but she is strong and could knock over small children accidentally. She'd love to be dressed up and has sported her share of sunglasses in her day. Thank you for considering opening your home up to this sweet loving girl.
