Charlotte is 11 months old and very friendly. She loves to play with people and loves dog parks. She is fully vetted and healthy. She weighs about 40lbs. She is lanky and lean. She is house broken too. She was given up by her owner and turned into a kill shelter because they couldn't keep her from jumping on them. She LOVES people and was left 16 hours a day at home- of course she jumped - she was happy someone would finally take her out, feed her and pet her. They weren't nice to her at all. Now she is on death row. She is house trained, crate trained and walks GREAT on leash. Pls help.
