About Julio

Located in Hawthorne Julio's story: Our newest boy Julio came to us when our friend Juliana Coimbra contacted us that a nice lady, named Sarah Badillo, rescued a sad boy. He had been 'rescued' by another lady two months earlier but since she didn't have money to vet him she was going to have the vet put him down. Sarah said she would take him and contacted Juliana. They contacted us at GGARR and Grace, seeing he needed guardian angels said yes immediately. Julio is a senior estimated to be about 9. He is heart worm positive but on the slow kill method. He is on daily Rimadyl twice a day as both his hips are completely shot. We are at this time just doing pain management and giving him whatever quality of life he can have. When on the pain meds, he has no pain and runs around. He loves people and would do well in a him with a female older dog to pal around with. He loves to be petted as he has not had much of it in his lifetime. Will you be his Guardian Angel and give him a loving home?
