About Miss Katie

Adoption Fee: $250
Dogue de Bordeaux / Mastiff
Age: Young Puppy
Sex: Female Meet Miss Katie. She is 10 months young Argentine Dogo/Dogue de Bordeaux/Mastiff cross whose interests includes exploring, cuddling and chewing on toys. She loves having toys to play with, so her new home will need to provide her with her own toys, bones, playtime, and some training to keep her mind and body healthy. This sweet girl is house trained, somewhat leashed trained, has some basic commands down, she gets along with all kinds of people. She likes to sleep with her human or near them. She has a low prey drive and is curious about cats but not enough to say hi to them yet. Katie likes to cuddle with you or lay down with you, wherever you may be or whatever you may be doing. She is a confident and curious puppy. It would be best to keep up her training as she can be willful and she will be very large in size. Katie will be happiest when she can be a part of her person's daily activities. Her family will need to be sure that Katie feels like she is part of a close knit group. She is spayed, micro chipped, vaccinated, licensed and a complete health workup. Miss Katie is still growing her fur on her body from the neglect she was rescued from. We have found lamb, duck and salmon works well for her or many of the limited ingredient foods. She will go home with her new family with all her medical records and DNA test results. Are you looking to add a strong, beautiful, active, smart, loving girl to your family? What about a social companion ready for any adventure with you? Come see Miss Katie! She is available for adoption through the Miss Gabriel Foundation. A $250 Adoption fee applies. This includes: Spay/Neuter Microchip Dog License Current All Vaccinations Current Heart Worm Prevention Current Flea/Tick Prevention Current De-wormed DNA Test Result Package Complimentary Wellness Exam Complimentary Dog Training Lesson Due to a meet and greet, home visit and 3-7 day overnight stay with this rescue, before an adoption can be signed; we are looking for local families. This dog also will do best in a home with other dog/dogs. She lives in a foster home with 16 dogs and 2 cats. She also has mild separation anxiety if left alone for too many hours so it would be best to have someone with her as much as possible. She has made progress in all these areas as she is still a puppy. Rogue River, Oregon
